Some of the air-conditioned rooms of the property face the street, and comprise a mini-kitchen and a dining area. They feature tea and coffee making facilities, and such comforts as individual climate control, an iron and ironing board. Cottage Inn By The Sea also offers a double room with a kitchenette including a microwave, a coffee maker, and a washing machine.
